The McChole Group, Inc. prepares Life Care Plans for various client injuries and rehabilitation management issues. We have no travel limitations but extra costs would be associated with travel to observe a client or provide testimony.

While preparing the client's Life Care Plan, we will:

Review and analyze the medical and surgical history along with the current condition of the client.

Assist with providing determination of long term needs, including a plan of care with associated projected costs over the client's lifetime.

Develop a plan of care that will assist in maintaining the client's medical stability, maintain or increase his or her functional status and quality of life and assist in the prevention of further potential complications.

Provide the client's attorney with a full and comprehensive Life Care Plan and trial testimony to support all material covered in the Life Care Plan.

The Life Care Plan will consist of two sections, a narrative and a table section.
The narrative section will include a chronological summary of the available medical records, client interview, and conclusions.
The table section provides in detail, the future projected care needs, costs, rationale, and recommendations for care.
